Scheduling, billing, intake, notes, and ledger. Held together in one considered tool for psychologists and therapists in private practice. Solo or in groups, in your room or online.
Every feature in Reverie passed through the hands of working psychologists before it shipped. We sat in on intake. We watched the schedule fill. We learned exactly where the old tools get in the way, and built something that doesn't.
The product reads like a clinician's tool because clinicians shaped it. Nothing here was decided on a whiteboard alone.
“The first piece of practice software I have used that feels like it was made by people who have actually sat in the chair.”
S.M. · Psychoanalyst · London
And eleven others, in private practice, who reviewed every release in the room before it reached anyone else.
Reverie holds the schedule, the ledger, and the patient record as one continuous practice. Everything in its place, nothing clamouring for your attention.
The practitioner subscribes monthly or yearly. The patient pays per session through the platform, never a subscription of their own. A small administrative fee covers the work.
Every part of the practice. Scheduling, billing, intake, and the patient record, held in one considered tool. Each does its work and stays out of the way.
Recurring or one-off sessions, in your room or online. Calendar invites land in the patient's inbox; reminders go out by email or SMS at the cadence you choose.
The patient pays directly through Reverie after each session. The full session fee, less a small administrative fee, settles to your account weekly. No card-handling lives in your office.
“Reverie is the state in which the analyst receives the projections of the other and holds them in mind.”
After Wilfred Bion · Learning from Experience, 1962
We borrowed the word because the work of practice management ought to feel like the work itself: attentive, unhurried, held in mind. The software should disappear into the practice. The practice should never bend to fit the software.
Reverie is built by a small team that has sat with practitioners across five countries, solo and group, analytic and CBT, and listened closely to where the old tools get in the way.
The practitioner subscribes monthly or yearly. The patient pays per session, never a subscription of their own. Group practices pay per seat, with a lower administrative fee.
